Welcome to the Circle City Highland Games. We are proud to offer the 1st Annual Circle City Highland Games in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The Circle City Highland Games were a great success. We had perfect weather and a great group of throwers. Special thanks goes to David Schultz for all of his work as the Athletic Director, to Lannie Pullon for putting on a great demonstration, to Aita Chapman for score keeping and managing the sponsors and to all of the folks who came out to support our athletes. The Circle City Highland Games were pleased to have Gordan Inglis from the Indianapolis Scottish Society and Neal Taflinger from Indy.com on hand as well.
The Overall Champion was Jeff Chapman who was consistent all day by winning 5 events. The Women's winner was Dawn Higgins who placed first in all 8 events. Bob Verbanac and Jimmy Reynolds rounded out the men's scoring as Hannah Watson had a great day in the Women's Division for a second place. Hannah was also chosen Outstanding Sportsman of the Day.
